Our Surgical Philosophy & Team

At Clinique Internationale, every hair transplant begins with a surgeon's mindset, and that is what sets our team apart. None of us came to hair restoration through a short certificate course. Each of us arrived here after years of formal medical education and a demanding postgraduate surgical residency, where we learned to read anatomy precisely, handle tissue with respect, work under strict sterile discipline and take full ownership of every outcome. That training is the backbone of how we operate today.

Leading the team is Hair Transplant Surgeon Dr. Bhavesh Gupta, who founded Clinique Internationale in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, in 2012 and has since grown it into a multi-city practice with centres in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Shirdi. His contribution to the field goes beyond the operating room. He has authored a PubMed-indexed paper on beard hair as a donor source in advanced alopecia, an important option for patients whose scalp donor area is limited.

He also developed Direct Graft Implantation (DGI) at our Kharghar centre, a technique that places the finest one- and two-hair grafts with forceps along the hairline and temples and uses Keep implanters for multiple grafts & mid scalp and crown areas.

In Pune, Dr. Ajinkya Patil serves as Chief Surgeon at our Baner centre, bringing the same surgical rigour, meticulous planning and attention to detail to patients across Pune and western Maharashtra. In Bangalore, Dr. Idris looks after patients from across Karnataka and South India, applying sound surgical judgement to everything from donor assessment to graft placement. At our Shirdi centre, Dr. Pranay Thakur makes advanced hair restoration accessible to patients from Ahilyanagar, Nashik and the surrounding region, who no longer need to travel to a metro city for a surgeon-led procedure.

What unites the four of us is a single, shared standard. Every branch follows the same consultation process, donor evaluation, graft-handling protocol, sterilization practice and post-operative follow-up, so a patient in Shirdi receives exactly the same quality of care as a patient in Mumbai.
